This role is with Reshape - a transformation-only gym in Colchester with an intense ethos and an elite standard. Reshape is not a casual gym; you cannot get a normal membership there. Clients pay for a transformation, they are pushed hard, held accountable, and the results are exceptional. This is a business built on discipline, standards, and outcomes - and the founder has created something incredibly powerful.
He is now ready to expand into multiple locations, and he needs a Manager who can run the current site with absolute excellence, lead the team, protect the culture, and help codify best practice into systems that can be rolled out across future locations.
You will be working directly with the founder, and you will be trusted to own your area properly. He will give you clear expectations, high standards, and real responsibility - and in return, you will help take the pressure off him by running operations with strength and precision.
You will manage the internal team, oversee service delivery, ensure clients are winning, ensure standards are consistently met, and ensure the entire client experience is so strong that people refer constantly and the gym remains at capacity. You will help implement and enforce processes, KPIs, tighten operations, solve problems quickly, and keep the business structured and stable.
You do not need to have come from the fitness world (although preferred). But you need to understand the world you’re walking into, and you need to genuinely love fitness and discipline.
