Full job description

Job Title: Technician - Art and Design
Location: Lowestoft
Hours: 29.6 hours per week (0.8FTE)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (42 weeks)
Salary: Band E £25,168.50 - £25,490.00 (Full Time Equivalent)

Are you passionate about art, photography and creative education? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Art & Design Technician to join our Creative and Performance Faculty and play a key role in supporting both staff and students.

Working closely with teaching staff, you will help prepare and maintain resources, equipment and materials for lessons, workshops and enrichment activities. You will provide technical support within the Art & Photography department, assist with the creation of teaching materials and digital content, support students in the classroom when required, and help deliver engaging displays, exhibitions and promotional materials

Technical and creative experience
Strong organisation and resource management skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work collaboratively alongside teaching stafff
Commitment to Safeguarding
