The Role

We’re looking for a driven and personable Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the single point of contact for your clients - from the very first conversation right through to handing over the keys. You’ll prospect for new business, carry out valuations, conduct viewings, and progress sales, all while building genuine rapport and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Carrying out valuations and winning new instructions
Hosting property viewings and showcasing homes at their best
Negotiating offers and securing successful sales
Progressing sales from offer to completion, keeping clients informed and supported
Delivering a five-star service that leaves clients happy to recommend Hortons

About You

Experienced in estate agency
A natural communicator who loves meeting new people
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive in winning new business
Driven to achieve results while always putting clients first
Someone who enjoys building long-lasting relationships and being part of their community
