Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is cooked safely, maintaining proper temperature controls and sanitation practices

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area throughout your shift
Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance

Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially grilling methods
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for culinary arts is essential
