Review existing systems, policies and workflows. Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs, improve turnaround times and strengthen internal controls.
Team Leadership:
Manage, coach and develop business services employees. Set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews and support succession planning.
Budget Management:
Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation and supplier expenditure. Ensure that spending decisions deliver measurable value to the business.
Corporate Governance:
Work closely with senior leadership, finance and compliance teams to ensure that internal policies meet legal, regulatory and organisational requirements.
Supplier and Contract Management:
Manage key supplier relationships, review commercial agreements and ensure that external providers meet agreed service levels.
Stakeholder Management:
Provide clear updates and recommendations to directors, department heads and external partners. Build strong working relationships across the organisation.
Risk Management:
Identify operational risks and implement practical controls, contingency plans and reporting procedures to protect the organisation.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in business services, corporate operations, financial services administration or a similar function, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and improving performance across several business support functions.
