Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, and dry lining scenario.Your hands-on approach and willingness to learn will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a general construction work within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
Perform general maintenance duties including cleaning, material handling, and site preparation to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members on construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving materials efficiently
Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear
Contribute to the overall upkeep of work sites by ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good conditionRequirements
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Valid safety certifications or willingness to obtain necessary safety training prior to employment
