Join our luxury hotel in the heart of historic Alnwick as an FB Supervisor. You’ll oversee daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect our five-star standards. The role involves leading and motivating the team, maintaining service excellence, managing stock and compliance, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in driving revenue and efficiency. Ideal candidates are hands-on, passionate about hospitality, and committed to delivering refined, memorable dining experiences in a relaxed, elegant setting.
Requirements:
As a Food Beverage Supervisor you will be expected to deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence. You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team.
