Overview:
We're looking for a commercially curious, ambitious salesperson to join our UK Sales team and help grow some of the UK's most-loved brands across our High Street, and DIY customers.
Based in our Frimley office and reporting to our UK Wholesale, High Street, Export, DIY and Discounter Channel lead, this role has a particular focus on the Beauty category, and we're especially interested in people who have experience working with customers such as Boots, Superdrug or similar retailers (but it’s not a must!).
You'll own a portfolio of customers, spot opportunities for growth, build great relationships and work closely with teams across the business to bring ideas to life. Whether it's launching new products, developing customer plans or solving challenges along the way, you'll play a key role in driving our business forward.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with FMCG sales experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, make a real impact and accelerate their commercial career.
At LSB, we love people who bring energy, curiosity and a "let's find a way" attitude. If you're someone who enjoys getting stuck in, challenging the status quo and turning ideas into action, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
-
Building strong relationships with your customers and becoming their trusted business partner.
-
Delivering sales, profit and volume targets across your account portfolio.
-
Identifying opportunities to grow our brands through distribution gains, promotions and new product launches.
-
Creating compelling customer stories using sales, category and market insights.
-
Working closely with Category, Brand Experience, Supply Chain and Finance teams to bring plans to life.
-
Supporting forecasting and ensuring we deliver against customer and business expectations.
-
Developing promotional plans that deliver great results for both our customers and our brands.
-
Keeping close to market trends and customer priorities, always looking for new ways to unlock growth.
-
Bringing fresh thinking, new ideas and a positive mindset to the team every day.
We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who is excited to learn, grow and make things happen!

About us:
We are the people behind method + Ecover. We’ve always done things differently – we’re fearless thinkers, mad scientists and adventurous designers who believe that making soap leads to brave ideas, bold inventions and beautiful bubbles. We started small but we have big plans to make the world a cleaner, greener, more colourful place. We invite everyone to join us as we pioneer a future where doing business is doing good for all.
Let’s get one thing straight – you’re not coming here to just sell soap, or cleaning products. You’re joining us to move the hearts, souls and minds of others all over the world that see the world differently. We think about cleaning as an act of creative expression, a gesture of rebellion, and, yes, an escape from the normal. We take cleaning seriously – but not ourselves.
Alongside our friends Mrs. Meyer’s clean day and babyganics in the US, we are collectively known as Lifestyle Brands and are part of the SC Johnson family.
Application:
Have you made it this far? If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering our ambition of a clean world revolution!
It’s a big, beautiful, colourful world out there and we should celebrate that. That’s why we’re working hard to be a fully diverse and inclusive place to work. Every day we strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued, listened to, supported and where we can do our best work. Sure, there’s always more that can be done. But together with our team, partners, customers and community, we can make everyone welcome.
