Full job description

Job Summary:

Turbo Tech precision products is seeking a highly disciplined CNC Machinist/Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, and minor adjustments, and operation of CNC equipment. This role requires a commitment the technical aptitude to execute manufacturing instructions with high precision.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Execution: Perform machine setups including tool selection, fixture installation, and part leveling/checking.
Operational Oversight: Execute production runs on multi-axis CNC [Mills/Lathes], ensuring adherence to cycle time requirements and quality benchmarks.
Offsets: perform necessary offset adjustments to compensate for tool wear or material variations.
Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive in-process inspections using precision metrology instruments (Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Calipers etc.).
Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, material traceability records, and maintenance documentation in accordance with company standards.

Desired Qualifications (Although full training will be given)

Professional Experience: Experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment. CNC machining on Fanuc based equipment
Tooling Knowledge: Expertise in selecting appropriate cutting tools.

Schedule:

Rotating Shift 12h additional O/T and during weekend available
