Description

Crawfords are looking to develop individuals into highly skilled Agricultural Technicians offering excellent customer service and, most importantly, working as a team in ‘Leaving An Impression.’

You’ll be working with some of the most advanced equipment in the industry - tractors, combines, sprayers, balers and more - carrying out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and PDI work both in the workshop and out on farms. This is a role with real autonomy, strong earning potential, and the backing of a respected dealer group.

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs both on-site and in the Workshop
Fault‑finding and diagnostics across a wide range of agricultural machinery
Completing pre‑delivery inspections to manufacturer standards
Using laptop‑based diagnostic systems and iPhone job management tools
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and manufacturers
Representing Crawfords professionally and promoting our service offering
Attending manufacturer training to stay sharp with the latest technology

What You Bring
Proven experience as an Agricultural Technician or similar
Strong knowledge of tractors, combines, sprayers, balers and modern machinery
Experience with AGCO products is an advantage (not essential)
Confident with diagnostics, hydraulics, electrics and CAN‑bus systems
Excellent communication skills and comfortable using IT systems
