Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role involves overseeing and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and quality assurance protocols. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring our organisation operates within legal and ethical boundaries while upholding the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

Monitor and review organisational processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and inspections.

Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement or non-compliance.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and quality assurance.
Support training initiatives related to compliance standards and quality assurance practices.
Stay informed about changes in legislation or industry standards that could impact organisational operations.
Review company insurances
Data Inputting
Company vehicles, tax, insurance, servicing, etc
Contractor onboarding

Requirements

Prefer experience in a compliance but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills, capable of explaining complex compliance issues clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
