Full job description

Role: Parts Coordinator

Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Location: based at Shenton House, Andover

Salary: £28,000 to £31,000

Shenton Group is on the lookout for an organised and diligent individual to join our team!

What’s the role?

As a Parts Coordinator, you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently efficient, accurate and professional level of service to our colleagues, clients and suppliers all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand.

You will diligently carry out stock checks, organise delivery of items to remote engineers and be responsible for goods-in and goods-out.

You will be part of an essential and efficient support team that supports both internal colleagues and external customers with a can-do approach.

What do you need?

You need to have a positive proactive approach to engaging with your role and your colleagues. Experience of an engineering industry would be beneficial but is not essential if you have the right attitude and are quick to learn. Standard IT skills are required and experience of SAP Business One, or similar, would be beneficial. You need to be organised, flexible and able to work in a sometimes fast-paced and pressured environment. Having a forklift licence is preferred.
