Responsibilities

Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Perform beauty treatments such as makeup application, skincare consultations, and other cosmetic services to enhance client satisfaction
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure top-tier service delivery
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills
Proficiency in makeup application and various nail techniques such as gel, acrylics, and nail art
Excellent communication skills in English to connect effectively with diverse clients
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Certification or licensing relevant to nail technology or beauty therapy where applicable
A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the beauty industry, and a desire to learn new skills
