What you’ll do
We’re looking for someone special to join lloop and littleloop at a pivotal time in our growth. You will create a consistent pipeline of high-quality content assets that represent the brand, ready to use across all channels. You will already know, or will quickly learn, what content stops the scroll and drives engagement, clicks or conversions. Specifically, this is likely to include the following:
- Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, social ads) that drives awareness and engagement or specific campaign objective KPIs
- Create content that works across both organic social AND paid ads (Meta) and can exist across other brand touchpoints (e.g. website, email)
- Work closely with marketing to understand campaign objectives and messaging strategy for each content brief
- Conceptualize and execute content shoots - product, lifestyle, UGC-style content
- Create static assets (graphics, carousels) and social captions when needed
- Test and iterate creative based on what's performing (organic + paid) using insight shared by marketing
- Stay fluent in platform best practices and creative formats that work (not simply chasing trends, but understanding mechanics and creating ‘moments’)
- Work closely with founder/marketing to align content with brand voice and campaign goals
- Organise production logistics - scheduling shoots, sourcing props/locations, basic art direction (without huge budgets)
- Proactively identify creators and content trends that could inform our strategy or present partnership opportunities
What we’re looking for
You will have a minimum of. 2-4 years’ experience at an agency, or in house for a DTC / ecomm brand, of the following:
- Shooting and editing video on iPhone/mobile [e.g. Edits / alternative tools]
- Understanding what makes content perform - hooks, pacing, format etc and what drives clicks and conversions (not just engagement)
- On brand visual storytelling that feels authentic, not overly produced Basic design skills [Canva/Adobe] and caption copywriting
- Taking strategic briefs and translating them into compelling creative execution
- Creating content for paid social campaigns or working with performance marketers About you It goes without saying that you will be creative, full of ideas and initiative. You’ll likely have a portfolio showing content that you made that has performed (not just looked pretty).
Our ideal person will also be:
- Comfortable with scrappy production and quick iteration, we are a small, dedicated team who want to punch above our weight with our marketing efforts
- Have an understanding of performance marketing (paid social) and creative testing as well as organic channels
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera
- Organised and reliable
- Collaborative, communicative, and up for trying new things / pitching in to help the team.
- Personable and enthusiastic and able to get the wider team involved in content creation where appropriate
- Based in the Hampshire area and/or able to spend at least two days per week in our Andover warehouse.
- Prepared to travel to visit our partner retail brands HQs.
