Job role: Transport Supervisor

Location: Totton, Southampton

Hours: 42.5 hours

Rota: Tuesday - Saturday, Flexible shift times

Salary: £34,000

Harvest is now looking to recruit a Transport Supervisor to join our Transport Team.

Role

Your role will be to support the Transport Manager in all areas of the transport department including routing, forecasting, driver training & development, driver management, compliance, fleet maintenance and many other Transport functions.

· Good knowledge regarding drivers' hours, working time directive and key legislation is essential.

· Strong people management skills.

· Ability to work smart in a fast-paced logistics environment.

· Flexible and adaptable, as shifts will vary and may involve early starts.

· Full driving licence (minimum category C1) required.
