Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented candidate for a Hybrid Screen Printer / Production Assistant role to join our small but dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality printed designs on various materials, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the printing process. The candidate will also assist in Production and will be responsible for Marshalling components for upcoming orders and hole punching certain bags ready for eyelets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant environment that values artistic flair and technical expertise, contributing to the realisation of innovative visual projects. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for design detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional print quality.

Duties

Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce customised designs on apparel, and other materials.
Mix inks accurately to match consistency specifications and ensure vibrant, consistent prints.
Conduct quality checks during and after printing to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain and clean printing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Manage workflow efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Assist in Marshalling components for Orders.
Hole punch certain products and assist in eyelet application.

Requirements

Proven experience in screen printing or related print production roles.
Organised with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and staying updated on industry trends. This role offers an engaging environment for creative professionals eager to develop their skills within a supportive team dedicated to excellence in print production.
