The Patient Safety Support Secretary role provides high‑quality secretarial and administrative support to the Trust’s Patient Safety Team. The post holder plays a key role in enabling patient safety improvement work by supporting the team with day‑to‑day organisation, meetings, and administration.

Provide day‑to‑day secretarial and administrative support to the Patient Safety Team.
Arrange and support trust wide meetings, including managing diaries, booking rooms, preparing papers, and following up actions.
Take notes and produce clear, accurate minutes for meetings, sharing actions with relevant staff.
Act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
