About Us:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Co-Ordinator with HR responsibilities to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for supporting a dynamic office environment.

Role Overview:

As an Office Co-Ordinator with HR responsibilities, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day administrative operations while supporting the HR function. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and contribute to the smooth running of the office and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Co-ordination:
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and general office inquiries.
Organise and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
Co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
HR Support:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in monitoring and managing staff absence, annual leave, and timekeeping records.
Provide first-level support to employees with HR-related queries.
Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to support the office and HR needs of the company.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance office and HR efficiency and implement solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in office co-ordination and HR support roles is essential.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
IT Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interpersonal Skills: A team player with a professional and approachable demeanour.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation is desirable.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
