Workday is one of Deloitte’s Global Technology Alliances, and the focus of this role is to identify and support the development of Workday HCM business opportunities, by liaising and building strong Alliance relationships between the Deloitte and Workday teams.

You will lead and serve in a sales and delivery role for the Workday HCM Alliance, working closely with Deloitte Partners and Market Leaders to identify and bring in new business.
You will be responsible for driving the overall go to market and business development activities associated with the Alliance, for a particular industry, supporting opportunity identification, pursuit and successful closure and delivery.
The role includes:

Lead and facilitate discovery and identification of net new joint sales opportunities, engaging with clients

Use a technical and cultural knowledge, as well as soft skills, to persuade or negotiate appropriately with clients to win the deal

Support development of Workday solution offerings and business value propositions

Accelerate qualified opportunities by working with Deloitte Consulting and Alliance account teams to sell Workday solutions by developing specific messaging and business cases

Support RFP and the development of client proposals

Work to develop opportunity initiation by promoting Workday solutions to Deloitte Consulting account teams, and promoting Deloitte Consulting to Workday Alliance Account Executives

Create, progress and report joint pipeline

Lead on the delivery of key Workday programmes ensuring strong governance, risk management and delivery to time and budget

Track and report program status and key performance metrics
Working with Deloitte Consulting’s Workday HCM Leaders and Alliance Partner to enhance and deepen the relationship between Deloitte Consulting Industry and Account teams and Workday leadership

- Strong client centric mindset

Track record of delivering in a sales for a technology services or software company

Experience within the SaaS HCM ERP vendor ecosystem (preferably Workday) and/or Planning Functional domain (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations), or equivalent

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) whether this is with client stakeholders or local or remote teams

Ability to establish credibility, communicate value and develop trust with clients and senior stakeholders

Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in diverse teams and teams across multiple regions

Experience in services delivery
Desirable:

Experience in selling Workday Finance and/or Workday Adaptive Planning or equivalent
