Full job description

*Shift bonus* Pay Rate

Starting rate: £13 per hour starting rate, plus 13% shift bonus = £14.69
Pay scale increase on completion of 6 months and 1.5 years
Weekly Paid, Permanent Contract

Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Full Time:

Mon to Wed 3.30pm-1.30am, Thu 3.30pm-1am

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process (building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, cleaning as and when required by management)

Essential Criteria

Ability to stand for long periods and good level of physical fitness
High level of manual handling – including lifting items up to 20kg
Involvement in stock take and replenishment of stock
Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation
Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency
Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written
Legal entitlement to live and work in UK

Desirable Criteria

Experience of using hand tools
Valid forklift license
