Full job description

South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed, care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.
We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds with the recent opening of a new Nursing home in central Worthing. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays.
South Coast Nursing Homes are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team at our team at Berkeley Lodge at Weekends.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday - 9am – 5pm (can be flexible on times)
Suitable applicants would have reception experience and the ability to support in administration tasks.

Duties:

Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate.
Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person.
Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team.
Arranging visits for families and residents.
Creating daily planners
Arranging transport
Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
