Dental Receptionist
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Opportunity
Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our team at Great Horkesley Dental Studio. We are a modern, newly refurbished practice boasting a stable, supportive, and friendly working environment. If you are looking to grow your career in a fresh, contemporary setting, we want to hear from you!

The Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless and welcoming experience. Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting patients and managing the front-of-house atmosphere.

Coordinating appointments and managing the practice diary.

Handling enquiries via phone and email with a professional touch.

General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Taking payements ensuring end of day balancing.

About You
We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment.

GDC Registration is preferred, but not essential.

If you aren't dental-trained, we welcome applications from those with strong front-facing customer service backgrounds (e.g., hospitality, retail, or high-end reception).

You should have excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic manner.

A positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
