Head Chef Wanted for Three Awesome Brunch Spots!

Hey there, culinary rockstars! We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen crews at our three buzzing brunch joints: Boardwalk in Bangor & Donaghadee and Canteen in Belfast. If you’re passionate about crafting killer breakfast plates, love a fast-paced vibe, and know how to keep a team fired up, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

Run the show at all locations, you'll be based in Belfast but will need to spend time in Bangor.
Whip up creative, drool-worthy brunch menus (think fluffy pancakes, avo toast perfection, and maybe some wild specials).
Keep the kitchens humming—manage stock, ensure quality, and nail food safety standards.
Train and inspire our talented kitchen teams to bring their A-game every day.
Work with front-of-house to keep the good vibes flowing for our guests.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in brunch or casual dining.
A knack for creating dishes that make people say, “Wow, I need to Instagram this.”
Strong leadership skills—you’re the kind of person who can rally a team through a crazy brunch rush.
Organised, cool under pressure, and ready to juggle two locations.
A love for local ingredients and sustainable practices is a big plus!
