Overview

This role is essentially based on 25-30 hours per week and is for a Hospitality group.

Are you a dynamic and creative marketing professional with a passion for social media? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence and communication strategies. In this role, you will craft compelling content, engage with diverse audiences, and elevate our brand visibility across multiple platforms. Your innovative ideas and proactive approach will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our overall marketing goals. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community loyalty.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as PR, design, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Track performance metrics using analytics tools; generate reports to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining positive relationships with media outlets.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns - would suit a graduate on a placement year.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Familiarity with all social media avenues.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights and optimize strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment.
Interest in evolving AI data sets and campaigns designed around the data results gained directly from our customer set.
