Due to the successful award of a new contract, we are currently looking to recruit a Painter to join our team. The role will be based primarily in the South Down area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and be part of an exciting new contract.
About The Role
- Carry out painting to high quality standard
- Response maintenance as and when required
- Able to work within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered
- Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor
- Itemise the work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises
- Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expects
- Dealing with the general public in a professional manner ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
- Any other ad hoc projects as required
Health & Safety:

Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately

Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
Observe & follow all manual handling practices
In addition,
- As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations, we will require a recent Access NI certificate CTS will perform an Enhanced Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process.

Required Criteria

Qualified in a relevant trade and be able to provide suitable certification

Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- Full UK Driving License

Experience in construction and painting industry
- Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts
