We are looking for a Assistant Accountant to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the production of monthly and annual related reports and prepare forecasts and budgets. You'll reconcile the Balance Sheet Account and assist in control and distribution of all group finance income. Ideally you'll have previous Motor Trade accounts experience and you'll also have intermediate knowledge of Excel and be committed to really making a difference.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management accounts reviews
Weekly forecasts
Balance Sheet rec's completion
Aged Debtor reporting
Cash sales reporting
Weekly Bad debt provision reporting
Monthly Manufacturer reports
Journals
Review of monthly BAC's recs
Credit cards completion and approval
Vehicle stock checks process owner
PL invoice approval
GRNI checks quarterly
Cash flow forecasting daily
Credit note checks monthly
Fixed Asset checks

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
