We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team based at various sites, Portadown. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:

40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
8 hours per day
Time will Vary

The Role:

Providing the highest level of housekeeping/Cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications
Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices, toilets/showers and amenity areas site wide
Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and Regulations
All offices, toilets, and amenity areas to be presented clean and tidy
Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issues
Plan daily cleaning routes to ensure efficient travel between multiple sites.
Maintain a schedule to meet cleaning deadlines and client expectations.
Prioritise tasks based on site requirements

The Person

Full clean driving licence
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous work experience in customer service employment
Current BICS Qualifications
Access NI Clearance required
NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
