Salary: £41,758.55 - £44,298.68 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours of work: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full-Time, Permanent

About the role:
The Admissions and Enrolment Manager will lead the admissions teams including Customer Service Assistants and Enrolment Officers across all four college campuses to provide an effective and timely service to visitors to the college and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead, organise and motivate a team of staff, including managing and improving performance
- To manage workloads, priorities and deadlines and service delivery
- To ensure the service provides effective and efficient customer and communication services
- To manage and control all data requirements relevant to the service, ensuring data is accurate, timely and complete and meets external and internal requirements
- To lead on providing information and support across the college
- To be responsible for ensuring the team works in an organised manner ensuring processes are timely, complete and accurate. This includes meeting external deadlines
- To ensure processes and procedures are continually reviewed, updated, published and communicated and the team is updated on policies and procedures
- To ensure the team are resilient and adaptable to change whilst ensuring high levels of quality and integrity are maintained
- Deliver and participate in CPD activities
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- Relevant Management Experience or Qualification at Level 3 or above or willing to work towards
- Evidence of commitment to professional development
- A good standard of Maths and English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
