What you'll be leading in Make & Pack:

Packing food liners to exact specification
Creating precise sample and product builds across all classes
Running temperature, quality, and product date checks
Sealing flight canisters and trolleys, recording numbers accurately
Marshalling flights to Dispatch bays in the correct stowing order

Your mission as Team Leader:

Drive your team to hit objectives, budgets, and specs — efficiently and effectively
Build a positive, energised working environment
Resolve conflict, find solutions, and take corrective action when needed
Champion Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
Monitor and support team performance on shift
Represent your team at operational meetings
Coach, communicate, and develop your people so they perform at their best
Own HACCP and legal compliance — health & safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX
Keep quality and service standards on point through smart systems and process management

What you bring:

Education: Degree-level ideal, but not essential — we care more about what you can do!

Experience:

You've led a team in a fast-paced environment
Shift/staff management experience — food manufacturing sector a big plus
At least 2 years of relevant operational experience

Skills:

Food hygiene, security, and H&S know-how preferred
Aviation security awareness a bonus
Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
Confident people/team management
Solid IT skills — MS Office; advanced Excel is a real plus
A proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
