Aim
To support the Cloud Services Sales and Channel teams in identifying, creating and delivering customer facing content and communications. The Sales Product Specialist will work closely with the entire Cloud Services Sales team, as well as the Cloud Services Director, to create and maintain a wide variety of customer facing documentation of both sales and technical nature, including; data sheets, presentations, white-papers, competitor analysis, vendor analysis, product communications, blog posts and website content.
In addition, there is an opportunity to engage in delivery of content through Channel enablement sessions and associated events.
Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
· Identify, create and maintain all standardised customer facing documentation.
· Maintain an up-to-date CT Cloud Service Pitch Deck for new business use and an updated QBR deck for Account Management.
· Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of external data sheets for all CT Cloud Services core products.
· Work closely with Alliances Manager to utilise and align with vendor content.
· Undertake competitor analysis as required to support product documentation needs.
· Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to produce relevant technical white papers, blog posts or website content.
· Support Channel team in developing required resources to support Channel go-to-market.
· Ensure a regular flow of relevant content is available through PRM and other direct sources (newsletters, win wires etc).
· Support technical teams in delivering important communications as products are updated, critical patches are required or other associated technically led customer communications are required.
· Support customer remote or in-person events to prepare agenda, content and delivery.
· Attend relevant vendor, partner and customer events to gather product knowledge for use in internal CT and customer facing content.
· Collaborate with Channel Manager to identify areas of additional development within PRM.
· Develop training workflows for internal and/or external training and sales enablement.
· Maintain key marketing relationships to feed content into marketing communications.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate should have:
· Strong written communication skills, as well as in verbal and activity listening.
· A good understanding of desired customer outcomes – with some sales or technical experience.
· Ability to translate technical knowledge into easily consumable content.
· Understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management and sales forecasting.
· Effective independent research skills to identify key competitor differentiators and limitations.
· Ability to work effectively and multitask within a busy fast paced office environment
· Excellent presentation skills - with experience presenting to both internal and external stakeholders or customers.
· Knowledge of appropriate tools – such as Microsoft suite – to allow you to
· Demonstrate ability to evaluate and balance individual workloads through effective time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
· A self-starter who uses initiative to drive results independently and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Location
There will be a mixture of working from Chesterfield & Leicester offices and remote working.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
