As we continue to raise the bar, we're looking for an exceptional Content Writer to join our fast-growing in-house marketing team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a delivery-focused Content Writer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality written content that supports brand credibility, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
You will turn real operational activity across the business into clear, compelling content: from case studies and award submissions to website copy, internal/external news and campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Production (60-65%)
\u2022 Write case studies that clearly demonstrate impact, outcomes, and value
\u2022 Produce SEO-focused articles and website content across key service areas
\u2022 Create campaign copy including email content, landing pages, and social captions
\u2022 Repurpose content into multiple formats (long-form, short-form, summaries, snippets)
\u2022 Maintain consistency of tone of voice across all written output
Awards & High-Value Writing (15-20%)
\u2022 Lead the writing of award submissions (a critical part of our marketing strategy)
\u2022 Translate operational achievements into compelling, structured narratives
\u2022 Work with stakeholders to gather evidence, data, and supporting detail
\u2022 Ensure submissions are clear, persuasive, and aligned to judging criteria
Content Extraction & Research (15-20%)
\u2022 Conduct structured interviews with Operations, Sales, ESG, and senior stakeholders
\u2022 Extract stories, insights, and data from across the business
\u2022 Proactively identify content opportunities (client wins, innovations, events)
\u2022 Work closely with the Marketing & Events Executive to capture content from events, sites and campaigns
Workflow & Collaboration (5-10%)
\u2022 Brief designers clearly for visual support where needed
\u2022 Work within Motion and SharePoint to manage content workflows and assets
\u2022 Maintain a structured content library (case studies, messaging blocks, reusable content)
\u2022 Deliver work to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For

2-4 years' experience in a content or copywriting role (B2B preferred)

Strong experience writing structured, persuasive content (case studies, long-form, or similar)

Ability to take raw information and turn it into clear, compelling narratives

Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and structure

Confidence working with stakeholders and proactively chasing information

Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously

Understanding of SEO basics and content structure
