Social & Content Executive – Sea Magik

About Sea Magik

Sea Magik is a British mineral-based skin and haircare challenger brand on a mission to become the authority in mineral treatments for skin and scalp health.

For over 40 years, we have pioneered the use of sea minerals to help people manage dry, sensitive and problem skin and scalp. Our products are trusted by leading retailers including Holland & Barrett, as well as spas and professionals across the UK.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, energetic and highly organised Social & Content Executive to bring Sea Magik to life across our social channels.

This is a hands-on role covering content creation, social media, influencers, events and brand collaborations. You’ll be filming and editing content, spotting opportunities, engaging our community and turning ideas into content quickly.

You’ll work closely with our Founder, Brand & Product Manager and Digital Growth Manager to create content that builds brand love, grows our audience and supports commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Content

Manage the day-to-day running of our organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
Create, film and edit engaging social-first content including Reels, TikToks, product education, Founder content and behind-the-scenes
Plan, schedule and publish content across our platforms
Bring our key brand stories to life – from the sea, minerals and ingredients to skin and scalp solutions, real results and our 40+ year heritage
Stay close to trends, emerging formats and opportunities relevant to the brand
Repurpose content effectively across different channels

Community

Build an engaged community around Sea Magik
Manage comments and messages in our brand tone of voice
Use customer conversations, questions and feedback to inspire content
Source and encourage customer stories, testimonials and UGC

Influencers & Creators

Manage Sea Magik’s influencer, creator and UGC activity
Identify and build relationships with relevant creators
Manage outreach, gifting and ongoing relationships
Develop opportunities for creators to experience our products, treatments and brand
Track results and identify strong content for wider marketing use

Events & Content Capture

Help organise content creation around events, launches, spa activations and brand experiences
Attend key events to capture real-time and behind-the-scenes content
Help coordinate filming, including locations, products, contributors and shot lists
Maximise opportunities to capture Founder, customer, expert and partner content

Brand Collaborations

Help identify exciting collaboration opportunities with like-minded beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands
Manage the social and content elements of collaborations
Bring partnerships to life through content, competitions, events, gifting and creator activity

Performance

Track social performance including reach, engagement, audience growth and traffic
Understand what content is working and use insights to continually improve
Work with the Digital Growth Manager to identify organic content that can support paid social and customer acquisition

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
Confident filming and editing short-form video
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social trends
A great visual eye and strong written communication
Creative, proactive and full of ideas
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Comfortable appearing in content occasionally
Commercially aware and interested in what content actually performs

Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare or wellness is a plus.
