Financial & Protection Adviser (Self-Employed)

Location: Ashford, Kent (Hybrid – Office & Home Based)
Employment Type: Self-Employed
Remuneration: Competitive Self-Employed Package with Excellent Revenue Share

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and qualified Financial & Protection Adviser to join our Ashford team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious adviser who enjoys building lasting client relationships while being supported with high-quality leads and a collaborative team environment.

This is a hybrid role, allowing a combination of office-based and home working, with regular attendance at our Ashford office and travel to client meetings where required.

You will provide holistic financial planning advice with a particular focus on:

Pensions
Investments
ISAs and General Investment Accounts
Protection Planning
Life Insurance
Critical Illness Cover
Income Protection
Family and Business Protection
Estate and Retirement Planning

About You

The successful candidate will:

Hold a minimum of the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Hold Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
Have proven experience advising clients on pensions, investments and protection.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Be self-motivated, professional and client-focused.
Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to client meetings.

Desirable

Existing client bank (not essential).
Experience using Quilter or other adviser platforms.
Experience working within an independent or restricted advice firm.
