Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organisational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS platforms like Taleo and Workday, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance management initiatives.
- Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support to optimise departmental efficiency.
- Utilise data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct presentations on HR initiatives and organisational updates to leadership teams and staff.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Workday.
- Handle employee relations issues sensitively and professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and succession strategies.
Experience
- Proven management experience within human resources, including supervising teams.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and organisational development.
- Demonstrable experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Data analysis skills to interpret complex HR data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management software is essential.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
