No prior experience in the estate agency field is necessary; we value your passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography: Create captivating visual content to showcase residential and commercial properties, highlighting key features and unique selling points.
Editing Excellence: Utilise your skills in Adobe Creative Suite to craft polished and professional final products.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with our overall branding and marketing objectives.
Innovative Approach: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage innovative techniques to elevate the quality and impact of visual assets.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in capturing property details and present them effectively to enhance property listings.
Customer Service: Display excellent skills when liaising directly with clients while visiting their homes.
Willingness to Assist: Support other areas of the business when required, including but not limited too; conducting accompanied property viewings and providing general operational support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

Passion for Photography: No prior estate agency experience needed, but a deep passion for creating compelling visuals is a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in professional photography equipment and licensed to operate a drone.
Editing Mastery: Experience using editing software for post-production.
Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to enhance the visual appeal of our property listings.
A flexible and proactive approach: A willingness to support different departments as business needs require.
Driver: Must be a car owner with a valid driving license
