Whether you have experience in healthcare, administration or simply enjoy building relationships and helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with hospital staff and charity teams.
- Coordinating the distribution and delivery of hygiene packs.
- Liaising with hospitals regarding stock levels and future requirements.
- Helping identify new hospitals and organisations that could benefit from our support.
- Maintaining accurate records of hospital contacts, deliveries and communications.
- Supporting the planning of awareness campaigns and partnership opportunities.
- Working closely with trustees and volunteers to ensure our support reaches families efficiently.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using email and basic computer systems.
- Reliable and able to work independently when required.
- A passion for supporting families of seriously ill children.
What You'll Gain
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to families during difficult times.
- Experience in charity operations, partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
- The chance to develop organisational and communication skills.
- Be part of a growing charity making a real impact across the UK.
- Volunteer references after a period of service.
- The satisfaction of helping ensure essential support reaches families when they need it most.
About the Ellis Lake Foundation
The Ellis Lake Foundation supports families of seriously ill children by providing practical support when it's needed most. Our hospital hygiene packs help parents and carers who unexpectedly find themselves staying with their child in hospital, ensuring they have access to essential everyday items without the added worry or expense. Working closely with hospitals and healthcare partners, we are committed to expanding our reach so that more families across the UK receive support when they need it most.
