The Role:
Permanent, Full time Basic Salary, bonus and pension scheme after qualifying period.
This position is based at our head office in Harlow, Essex. The successful candidate will need to be organised and eventually responsible for:
- Maintaining and managing customer sales and relations.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Offering support and technical advice to customers.
- Developing new business.
- Contacting dormant accounts.
The successful candidate will be required to visit customers when needed and support our internal team as well as our Sales & Service Representatives with technical support.
Are you right for the job?
The ideal candidate should be confident with an ability to promote and increase sales, working closely and supporting our National Sales Manager. Previous experience within the joinery/woodworking industry or tooling supply for these industries would be an advantage. A good technical, mechanical and production engineering bias background with a willingness to learn, conscientious, an eye for detail, be extremely motivated, MS proficient and most importantly, want to succeed.
Experience in sales is desirable but not necessary.
Full UK driving license is required.

Training
There will be online training via applications such as Microsoft Teams. This includes full product training, technical training and sales advice.
When possible, there will also be the opportunity to participate in a full and comprehensive training program that takes place in our production units in Oberkochen (Germany) and Riedau (Austria).
