Summary

We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team at Green Pastures. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing cakes and baked goods that delight our customers and enhance their experience at our restaurant and farm shop.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods including cakes, tray-bakes, scones and savouries.
Ensure all products meet quality standards for taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Follow food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop a regular flow of new recipes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role within a culinary environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for baking.
