Cura Vita Complex Care Group is looking for an organised, proactive and resilient Complex Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll help coordinate care packages, support our frontline workforce and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our services. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both the people we support and the colleagues you work alongside.
The Role
As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of care services across Norfolk.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating staff rotas to ensure care packages remain safely staffed.
- Managing planned and emergency cover for annual leave and sickness.
- Communicating daily with Support Workers regarding rota updates and changes.
- Arranging meet and greets, shadow shifts and introductions for new staff.
- Working with the clinical and operational teams to coordinate package-specific training.
- Completing wellbeing calls with new employees during their induction period.
- Conducting staff supervision meetings.
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day coordination of services.
- Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota on a rotational basis.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and scheduling information.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident, with the ability to build positive relationships and keep multiple priorities moving in a busy operational environment.
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, communicates effectively, remains calm under pressure and can adapt quickly when priorities change. You'll take pride in delivering a high standard of work while supporting both colleagues and the people we support.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience working within health or social care.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
- No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within a care coordination or scheduling role.
- Experience within complex care, community care or domiciliary care.
- Experience conducting staff supervisions.
- Understanding of person-centred care and CQC-regulated services.
