Are you keen to learn about a new industry and interested in working in a busy office environment? Then why not join us as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant in our Remortgage department where you will be encouraged to develop essential skills and knowledge to prepare you for a possible future career in conveyancing.

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be required to complete their apprenticeship through Fife College. The course being offered is the SVQ Level 5 in Business and Administration.

At Your Conveyancer, Administration Assistants deal with administrative tasks relating to remortgages, purchases and sales. Their role is crucial to supporting the Case Managers to provide the best quality service to all clients.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

responding to emails;
using the electronic case management system;
archiving files;
opening new files on the case management system;
receipting, checking, issuing and inputting data;
following company policies and procedures;
maintaining confidentiality;
attending and engaging with support, advice and training; and
diligently and efficiently carrying out tasks relating to the role, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
