We are delighted to announce the creation of a new Estates, Facilities and Stores Team at CFRS, designed to strengthen and enhance the services that support our organisation, colleagues, and communities.
As part of this exciting development, we have a number of vacancies available across the team. These newly created roles offer a fantastic opportunity to be part of shaping a modern and efficient service from the very beginning.
About the team
The newly established Estates, Facilities & Stores Team will bring together a range of functions responsible for maintaining our buildings, managing facilities services, and ensuring the effective operation of our stores and supplies.
Current Opportunities:
Estates and Facilities Manager: PM3, £52,413 - £59,023
Leads the delivery of estates and facilities services across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring buildings and sites remain safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose. The role oversees contractors, facilities operations, compliance activities and minor works programmes to deliver high-quality services and support organisational objectives.
Supply and Logistics Manager (Part-time role, 0.6 FTE): SO1, £34,434 - £36,363
Provides an effective supply and logistics operation within all Stores areas to meet the needs of the Service as a whole.Providing quality management information to assist in budgetary, project and ‘future need’ planning.
Estates & Facilities Coordinator: Scale 5, £28,598 - £31,022
Provides essential administrative and coordination support for Estates, Facilities and Maintenance services, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensuring maintenance, compliance and asset-related activities are effectively managed and monitored.
