Overview
Are you an experienced purpose led leader who is passionate about using insight, evidence, innovation and influence to create meaningful change?
This role would suit someone who is energised by learning, connecting ideas, influencing others and helping organisations stay ahead of emerging scientific, environmental and societal change.
There has never been a more exciting moment to join Natracare (Bodywise UK Ltd). As we transition into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), we’re investing in our future, growing our team, strengthening what has always made us exceptional, and building the foundations for long-term shared success.
For over 37 years, we’ve been pioneers and global leaders in natural period and personal care. We’ve championed health, environmental responsibility, equity and human rights across our sector. Our reputation has been built on uncompromising standards, scientific integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

We’re looking for a strategic leader who can bring together emerging science, regulatory intelligence, environmental insights and industry developments to help shape the future of the brand and business. You will help ensure Natracare is positioned to make the right decisions and continues to lead the category.
