Our independent financial advisers provide bespoke solutions on all aspects of financial planning for both private and corporate clients including but not limited to, investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning, personal and business protection, group pension schemes and mortgages.
Due to the nature of the work they carry out, they have become specialists in providing holistic and bespoke wealth management services to business owners and HNW Private Clients.
The role
An opportunity has arisen within our Independent Financial Advisers team for an Administrator on a full-time fixed term basis (maternity cover).
The role will involve:-
- Answering the phone for the department in a professional, polite manner
- Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages and information from clients
- Scanning all post and assign to appropriate files on the case management system
- Updating case management system with appropriate client data
- General administration for the department such as electronic and physical filing, typing, printing and photocopying
- Ensuring business logs are updated daily
- Dealing with life assurance companies for policy enquiries
- Supporting the department Head with day to day administration
- Arranging clients meetings
- Submitting applications and paperwork to various providers
Skills & Qualifications
Previous administration experience is required and a financial services background would be advantageous. Competent user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
Good communication skills are essential for this post. The successful candidate will also be well-organised and comfortable working in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have access to highly confidential information so confidentiality is a must.
