Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Part-time | Permanent | Flexible hours

Stanlake Park Wine Estate is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and highly organised Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of one of Berkshire's leading vineyard estates. From beautiful weddings and vineyard sunsets to wine launches, seasonal events and behind-the-scenes winery life, you'll be responsible for capturing and sharing the stories that make Stanlake Park unique.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media, enjoys photography and videography, and understands how to create engaging content that inspires people to visit, book and buy.

What you'll doContent Creation

Capture high-quality photography and video across the estate.
Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
Photograph events, wine tastings, vineyard life, products and behind-the-scenes moments.
Edit photos and videos for social media, advertising and the website.
Develop creative content ideas that showcase the estate throughout the seasons.

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms.
Write engaging captions and ensure all content reflects the Stanlake Park brand.
Monitor comments, messages and online reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
Grow engagement, followers and brand awareness through creative campaigns and community management.
Keep up to date with social media trends and recommend new ideas and platforms.

Marketing & Campaigns

Work closely with the Weddings, Wine Bar, Shop and Winery teams to promote events, products and experiences.
Support the promotion of weddings, private events, wine tastings, tours, accommodation and retail offers.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and website content updates.
Help create promotional materials, brochures and digital assets where required.

Brand & Business Support

Ensure all content reflects our image and brand values.
Maintain a library of high-quality photographs and video assets.
Measure and report on social media performance and campaign results.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive bookings, sales and visitor numbers.
Support the wider team with marketing initiatives and special projects.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is naturally creative, enjoys storytelling and has an eye for detail.

You'll have:

Experience creating engaging content for social media.
Excellent photography and videography skills using your own equipment.
Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to spelling and grammar.
A great understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proactivity and confidence working independently, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Essential

Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing or digital marketing.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to capture events and seasonal activities.

Desirable

Experience in hospitality, weddings, tourism or luxury brands.
Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of SEO and email marketing
Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce.
An interest in wine, food or hospitality.
