Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional weekend and evening Receptionist (over 18 only) to join our team at Urban Escape in Marlow. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will be organised, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors and callers alike.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using Microsoft Office and Phorest booking systems.
Handle administrative responsibilities such as organising documents.
Assist with general clerical duties to support the smooth running of the clinic.
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked as needed.
Upselling of products and courses.
General cleaning duties.

Skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrate phone etiquette with a professional demeanour.
Previous clerical experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems.
Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high standards of customer service.
