Production Looming Technician
Purpose and Scope

Duties and Responsibilities
Working within the Lean Team the main duties are as follows:
· To become familiar with the machinery used to manufacture cable looms of all ES production panels.
· To undertake the manufacture of cable looms using looming boards along with other jigs and hand tools.
Requirements for the Role
Qualifications and experience
· Training will also be given on the manufacture of fascia panels which are made in house on our laser machine.
· Experience of assembly work but not essential.
· An understanding of the 5S system.
· Ability to use hand tools and follow build instructions.
Knowledge and technical skills
· Be confident in using a PC, able to use office software package. Additional onsite training given.
Other requirements
· Ability to maintain workshop tidiness
· Attention to detail/work completed to a high standard
· A can do attitude
