Position Overview:
As an Apprentice, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop the skills necessary to become a proficient digital support and repair technician. This role is designed for individuals passionate about technology and eager to learn the intricacies of digital device repair. You will work closely with experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various digital devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Training: Assist in the repair and maintenance of digital devices under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and diagnose issues in electronic devices, using specialized tools and techniques.
- Component Replacement: Assist in replacing faulty components such as screens, batteries, and internal parts, ensuring devices are restored to optimal working condition.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure they meet Nexus Technology's high standards of quality and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used, procedures followed, and outcomes.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist in communicating with customers to understand their issues and provide updates on repair status.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
