Salary: FC3 £25,604.23 to £26,786.83

Working Pattern: 16.25 hours per week

Location: Cupar County Building

Job Details

The role combines receptionist and caretaker duties, supporting daily building operations, assisting staff and visitors and ensuring the site remains safe, secure and well maintained.

Receptionist / Caretaker required on a permanent part-time basis, based at Cupar County Buildings

Receptionist / Caretaker

16.25 hours per week – 6:30am – 9:45am, Monday to Friday, 52-week contract, permanent.

You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 to £26,786.83 and have access to a range of benefits, including:

£13.64 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work.

Access to and support with a training opportunities and qualifications for the job.

Membership of Fife Pension Fund which is part of the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS Scotland)

Generous Holiday Allowance.

Pay is 4 weekly .

The Person

Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent.

Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework).

Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.

Communication skills.

Team working skills (work together).

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
