Purpose and Mission

To support Project Team with all document control functions within Flintstone. To provide backup for administration functions in the event of holiday/illness.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

Checking project documentation, ensuring it is completed in the correct format
Ensuring project documentation is completed according to the project schedule
Tracking submittals by the project document trackers
Creating transmittals and submitting to clients
Creating Manufacturing Record Books
Ensuring project documentation goes through Flintstone approval procedure
Liaising with clients
Liaising with suppliers
Working with project managers/engineers and all Flintstone personnel

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Document Control role.
Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Skilled in the creation, editing, and management of PDF documents.
Experience with SharePoint is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Capable of working independently and using initiative to resolve issues.
People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Calm, professional, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
