At Lexia Education Services, we provide access to personalised educational support for young people with SEN and SEMH needs. As a growing specialist provider, we work closely with local authorities, schools, families and tutors to deliver meaningful outcomes for vulnerable learners.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Administrator – Tuition Provision Coordinator to join our Head Office team. This is a rewarding role where your coordination skills, attention to detail and ability to build positive relationships will directly support life-changing educational provisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tuition provisions from referral through to delivery
- Match learners with suitable tutors and support provision set-up
- Liaise with parents, carers, local authorities and tutors
- Arrange tuition schedules and manage provision requirements
- Provide administrative support to our network of specialist tutors
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Prepare reports, documentation and stakeholder updates
- Support safeguarding, compliance and company procedures
- Help ensure a high-quality service across all tuition provisions

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service or education
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
